Artist bio
Fi Luray (formally known as Fiona Luray) is a folk singer-songwriter and composer with a passion for lyrical storytelling. Their songs are both an exploration of the struggles, joys, and sorrows of their own life and re-interpretations of cultural stories. These narratives are set to acoustic fingerpicking guitar and rounded out with flowing melodies.
Fi has played their songs at many venues around the world. Some of their favorites include Sisters in Songwriting at Cinder Winery and the Visual Arts Collective in Boise, and Northern Exposure in Burlington, VT.
Their third album, Where Goes the Light, was released in August 2019 and is available on all streaming services as well as iTunes.
Fi recently completed a Masters in Composition for Film, Television, and Games and now works in composition in addition to songwriting and performance.
